Cancellation Policy
The Congress Service must be notified of cancellations in writing. The following conditions apply to refunding of registration fees upon withdrawal of registration:
Before 15th March 2010
If written notification of cancellation is received before 15th March 2010, 60% of the registration fee paid will be refunded after finish of the Congress. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
After 15th March 2010
No refund can be granted for cancellations after 15th March 2010
All refunds will be processed two months after the Congress
