Congress Fees
Registration is required for all participants and accompanying persons. Payment or proof of payment should accompany your Registration Form.

Full registration fee for participants as well as registration fee for students will include:
admission to the lectures and exhibition, proceedings, book of abstracts, refreshments at the welcome party, coffee during breaks, congress banquet.
The registration fee for accompany person will include:
admission to the lectures and exhibition, book of abstracts, coffee breaks during conference, welcome reception and congress banquet.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Congress Service must be notified of cancellations in writing. The following conditions apply to refunding of registration fees upon withdrawal of registration:
Before 15th March 2010
If written notification of cancellation is received before 15th March 2010, 60% of the registration fee paid will be refunded after finish of the Congress. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
After 15th March 2010
No refund can be granted for cancellations after 15th March 2010
All refunds will be processed two months after the Congress
